Yes, hacktree.co operations are currently continuing. However, our delivery times may take a little longer than usual due to pandemic restrictions in some countries.
Double-check your expected delivery date under Account, Orders before getting in touch or use the tracking number sent to you. Please bare in mind this date is an estimate and some deliveries may take longer. We are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
You can track your order and deliveries from Account>Orders on hacktree.co or use the tracking information sent to you by email.
You can change your delivery address before order is shipped; after which your delivery address cannot be changed.
At the moment, we don’t do returns. However, if you ar eligible for a refund, you will be refunded. Please check Refund Policy for details.
To track the status of your order:
1. We will email you tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
2. Alternatively, you may see tracking information in your account, if you have created one.
After you have created a refund request through contact us form, you will receive an email with the details on the amount  to be refunded and method of the refund. Time to refund may vary from case to case.
It varies according to the country of delivery and the number of products ordered. You can check the shipping cost of your order at the checkout and payment page.
* Customs duty fees may vary depending on your order and the country of delivery. The obligation to pay customs duty depends on the policies of the country of delivery. It is customers’ responsibility to pay any customs duty or other taxes, if required by the local authorities.
